Maintenance of components

What needs to be maintained on a door?

Defective panic locks

Our service team often sees defective fittings and panic locks when servicing doors. Such damage means that the door can no longer fulfill its function. As a result, it no longer complies with legal requirements. Rapid repair is particularly important here.

Damaged seals

If seals are pulled out, as in our example, the door no longer meets the legal requirements for fire and smoke protection. This defective countersunk threshold seal in the floor area also massively restricts the functionality of the fire door.

Missing parts

Missing or incomplete components also mean that the function of the door is no longer guaranteed. With this escape route door, the missing component must be added and the defective striking plate replaced.

Broken belt

Here, the hinge of a fire door is broken. The function of the door is therefore restricted or no longer possible at all. With our fire door maintenance services, you can prevent consequential damage from occurring or regulations from being violated.
