About us
RWD Schlatter is Switzerland’s leading full-service provider for design and functional doors. Based in the canton of Thurgau, the company manufactures custom-made door blanks and complete door sys-tems. Key focus areas include safety features such as fire, sound, and burglary protection, as well as premium accessories and components like timber, steel, and aluminium frames. With over 140 years of experience, RWD Schlatter stands for sustainable, high-quality turnkey solutions and supports its customers with expert guidance throughout the entire construction process.
With around 200 employees and regional branches in Dietikon ZH, Taverne TI, and Jongny VD, RWD Schlatter covers the entire value chain – from development and production to installation, mainte-nance, and service. A key element is the company’s own digital service portal, which streamlines all processes for efficient and customer-focused project management.
At its highly automated production site in Roggwil TG, RWD Schlatter manufactures around 80'000 cus-tom-made doors each year. Since 2007, the company has been part of the Arbonia Group, headquar-tered in Arbon TG.

Claudia's passions are yodeling, travelling with her husband and her dog Chili, who keeps her on her toes. In addition to her job at RWD Schlatter AG, she is a trained color and style consultant and is involved in the citizens' rights commission in her local community and on the board of the ZbW. She doesn't like talking on the phone, but prefers a direct exchange. Her family and friends know this and have come to terms with the spontaneous meetings. She has been addicted to mocha yogurt since childhood.
What she likes about RWD is the open and direct communication and the family atmosphere. The short distances and flat hierarchical levels as well as the uncomplicated cooperation make working together much easier. The great team and the high-quality products make it easy for her to put her heart and soul into her work and contribute to its success.

Jasmin is a mommy of two children and enjoys spending time outdoors in nature with them. She can't walk past a bookshop, because if she has a choice between two books, she always chooses both. Music and concerts are also among her passions. Jasmin likes it when everyday life is organized and she knows what is on the daily schedule. With small children, however, this is sometimes a real challenge.
What she likes about RWD Schlatter is the family environment, the uncomplicated cooperation and the simple, direct communication. The openness to part-time work makes it easier to reconcile family and career. It's simply fun to work at RWD!

Jasmina is a real family person and loves spending time with her family in the great outdoors. Not only is she always there for a spontaneous barbecue in the garden, she also usually has something ready to go. Staying at home on vacation is an impossibility for her, because there are always more places and more things to discover. Her favourite way to end the evening is with a delicious meal, good music and her loved ones.
Jasmina loves working in a manufacturing company, because it is only when she can see and touch a product that she identifies with it. The different professions and people are an absolute enrichment and make up the RWD Family Culture, which makes RWD Schlatter AG the great employer that it is.
