The Hohwies housing development in Oetwil am See comprises three hybrid apartment blocks with concrete plinths and four-storey timber-hybrid structures. Spacious loggias and communal green spaces featuring wildflower meadows and fruit trees characterise the development. Planning is due to begin in 2022, with construction starting in 2024; completion is expected in 2026.
