Window frame
The frame is mounted directly on the masonry and is particularly suitable if the light dimension should remain as large as possible. Due to the surface-mounted installation, however, the frame is visible in front of the masonry. This variant offers a simple and efficient solution when quick installation and minimized loss of light are paramount. It is often used for renovations or in functional areas.
Block frame
The block frame is placed between the wall reveal and enables a flush-mounted, visually discreet design. This type of installation results in a slightly greater loss of light, but offers clear, flush integration into the wall. The block frame is often used in new buildings where design precision is required. It is particularly suitable for modern, minimalist architectural solutions.
Block frame with lining
The block frame with lining is also installed between the reveal, but also covers the entire wall thickness. This creates a clean finish over the full depth of the wall, which is particularly appreciated in high-quality interior fittings. Here too, a certain loss of light must be expected. Block frames with lining are often used where a continuous appearance and functional cladding of the reveal is desired.
