Linolea

Gropius, Taut, Reich and van der Rohe: they all used linoleum to design interiors. The linoleum surface enhances doors and creates a harmonious spatial effect. Made from 98% natural and mineral raw materials, the 2 mm thin material impresses with its antibacterial effect, durability and pleasant feel. The matt, easy-care surface is antistatic and reduces fingerprints. Thanks to maximum design freedom, the design blends into room concepts on furniture, floors or walls for a consistent, aesthetic overall look. All colors in the Forbo range can also be applied to our doors as a surface.

Lasting elegance for every surface

With Linolea, RWD Schlatter is launching a new generation of doors on the market that combines aesthetics and environmental awareness. The high-quality linoleum surface is based on natural raw materials and is produced in a CO₂-positive way. It impresses not only with its ecological properties, but also with its design diversity. Whether flooring, furniture or doors: linoleum creates a calm, harmonious overall look in the interior. Linoleum doors integrate seamlessly into existing design concepts or set specific accents. The wide range of colors offers architects maximum freedom in the implementation of individual room ideas.

Colors

Linoleum doors from RWD Schlatter open up new design freedom. All colours from the Forbo range can be applied directly to the surface. This means that linoleum doors can be precisely matched to floor coverings, furniture or walls - for a harmonious, consistent colour concept in the interior. The matt, colour-fast surface remains permanently attractive even with heavy use and expands the possibilities of modern interior design.

Climate-positive production

Furniture linoleum, as used in Linolea doors, is one of the few floor and surface materials with a climate-positive footprint. Up to 98% of the ingredients come from natural or mineral sources. Over three quarters of the raw materials used grow back within a few years. The CO₂-neutral production underlines the ecological claim - and makes an active contribution to climate protection.

Surface comfort

Linoleum impresses with its pleasantly warm and natural feel. The matt, antistatic surface is easy to clean, visibly reduces fingerprints and also has an antibacterial effect - ideal for highly frequented and hygienically sensitive areas.

Material

Linoleum consists almost entirely of natural raw materials such as linseed oil, wood flour, cork, jute fabric and limestone. These ingredients make linoleum not only particularly sustainable, but also unique in feel and appearance. As a surface on doors, linoleum brings a warm, matt look to the room and creates a link between nature and architecture.

Maintenance

Linolea doors from RWD Schlatter combine high-quality design with functional durability. To ensure that the door functions reliably over the long term, it is advisable to check the technical components regularly. These include door hinges, locksmiths and locking systems, which should be checked at defined intervals and readjusted or lightly oiled as needed. This ensures that full functionality is maintained for years - even under high levels of stress. You can find everything you need to know about cleaning and maintenance of linoleum at Forbo.

Environmental protection

We pay attention to resource-conserving and environmentally conscious production. On request, we use particularly sustainable materials such as PEFC-certified wood. This is complemented by energy-efficient production and consistent recycling of all waste. RWD Schlatter attaches great importance to sustainability - in every step of the manufacturing process.
