After 38 years without any major building work, the vocational college is undergoing a comprehensive renovation to meet current requirements. The main entrance on Tödistrasse will be clearly accessible and this access will be consistently continued inside in order to optimize training and organization. The façade design will be uniform and simple in order to recognize the school complex as a unit, with the new low-rise building for the canteen being seamlessly integrated. Sustainability is a central concern, which will be implemented through minor interventions, decentralized ventilation systems and a photovoltaic system on the roofs.
