Doors with CPL surfaces (Continuous Pressure Laminate) are particularly suitable for residential or commercial buildings with medium loads. The surface is easy to clean, color-stable and available in two standard colors. Doors with HPL (High Pressure Laminate) surfaces offer even greater resilience and are manufactured under high pressure. This surface is recommended for high-traffic areas such as schools, hospitals or public buildings. HPL doors are available on request and the surfaces and structures can be customized.

Pura CPL doors
The Pura line from RWD Schlatter offers CPL doors with a robust, scratch- and impact-resistant surface - ideal for everyday use. Available in two timeless white colours, they combine durable quality with a sleek, modern design. Pura is the clever solution for functional living spaces with a clear design language.
- Surface: CPL (melamine resin coated)
- Colour: white similar to RAL 9016 or traffic white similar to RAL 9010
- Door leaf: tubular chipboard insert or solid chipboard insert with stable edge design
- Available in standard sizes or made to measure
- Can optionally be combined with wooden frame or aluminium frame
- Suitable for living areas with medium stress levels
Maintenance
Doors with CPL or HPL surfaces are particularly easy to clean and low-maintenance. The closed, resistant surfaces can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and a mild, standard household cleaning agent. Abrasive or highly alkaline agents should be avoided to prevent damage to the surface. The door should be rubbed dry after cleaning. For long-term functional maintenance, it is recommended that door hinges, locks and locking systems are checked regularly. If necessary, these should be readjusted or lightly oiled. In this way, CPL and HPL doors will remain visually appealing and technically reliable for years to come.
