The high-rise building will be a hybrid timber construction built around a concrete core. The 75-metre-high building will contain 156 apartments with 1.5 to 5.5 rooms, a two-storey common room and a launderette located high above the Zwhatt site. Around 770 square meters of commercial space will be available on the ground floor. Occupancy is possible in the second quarter of 2025.
