The Loogarten retirement and care center in Esslingen is being extended by two floors to create additional care rooms and living space suitable for older people. The extension will be built in timber, which will shorten the construction time and minimize the load on the residents. The finish is planned for spring 2025. At the same time, the dementia unit on the ground floor of House B will be facilities, accompanied by a redesign of the garden. The project will be implemented during ongoing operations to ensure seamless care.
