In Lucerne’s Tribschen district, the ‘LOU’ development is taking shape at Tribschenstrasse 54/56. The plans include 147 modern rental flats and studio flats, mainly with 1.5 to 2.5 rooms, supplemented by 43 high-quality 3.5- and 4.5-room flats. A retail outlet is planned for the ground floor, which will strengthen local shopping facilities in the neighbourhood.
