The "Im Weierächer" development is under construction on the western edge of Wettswil village. The development consists of five buildings with two building types, all of which have the gable roofs typical of the village centre. The development contains 58 flats in a mix of 2.5-room to 5-room maisonettes. The development will also house a doctor's surgery.
