The project mainly consists of two buildings of different shapes and heights. The six-storey courtyard building forms a clear end to Hardaupark and extends into the courtyard like a comb. On Hardstrasse, a terraced building complements the existing perimeter block. The flats in the courtyard building are pragmatically and clearly divided into communal and private areas, most of which are even orientated on three sides. Views and visualisations tell of an architecture whose disciplined, unpathetic expression is appropriate to the task.
