Seewarte AG is building a development in the center of Uster. The aim is to create a new city center and at the same time achieve densification in the center of Uster. The development is being realized in cooperation with the Canton of Zurich and the City of Uster on an estate of around 4,000 square meters. It consists of three residential buildings of different levels with a total of around 106 rental apartments. A shared base level with commercial space and a café will junction them.
