The high-rise building at Landhausstrasse 21 in Baar is undergoing extensive refurbishment: the building envelope, building services and installations are being replaced; flats are being fitted with new bathrooms, whilst studios and two-room flats are being fitted with kitchenettes; communal kitchens and hygienic sanitary facilities are enhancing comfort and functionality. The project will then create housing for the elderly, staff accommodation and administrative offices.
