A modern residential and commercial building is being built on Signalstrasse in Rorschach according to plans drawn up by architects Baumschlager Hutter GmbH. The new building comprises 30 high-quality flats and two commercial units. Architecturally, the project impresses with its clear lines, central location and optimal integration into the cityscape. Technically, the focus is on modern construction quality and energy efficiency.
