Lokstadt is the new district of Winterthur. Over the next 5 years, multiple construction sites with apartments, commercial premises, underground parking and meeting places will be built in Lokstadt. Construction site 1 includes two high-rise buildings, Tender and Bigboy, and a block building with a parking garage and over 200 apartments and commercial units on the ground floor. The construction site forms its own ZEV (combined characteristics) with a photovoltaic system of approx. 150 kWp.
