The Lindenmatt West residential complex in Bolligen will be extensively renovated and extended by 36 flats between 2024 and 2027. The architecture combines modern extensions with the existing structure, with the buildings being raised by one storey. Technically, the building will be connected to the CO₂-neutral Bolligen-Stettlen district heating network, which will increase energy efficiency. Obstacle-free access will also be created and the landscaping modernised.
