For the new-build project for Building 7 at St. Gallen Cantonal Hospital, as part of the overall "come together" project, we delivered the following types of doors:
patient room doors, fire protection doors, soundproof doors and x-ray doors. For hospitals, functional doors that can be custom-designed are particularly important, as they often need to combine several functions. This is precisely our strength, as we manufacture every door to be perfectly tailored to the project and made on measures.
For this project, all nursing room doors feature synthetic resin door leaves, robust chrome steel frames and stainless steel edge protection.

Fire protection and smoke protection doors
Our fire and smoke protection doors offer not only protection against fire and smoke, but also combine outstanding quality with modern design. At RWD Schlatter, we rely on innovative technologies and precision craftsmanship to create doors that provide reliable protection in an emergency whilst blending seamlessly into your interior.
Functional doors
Functional doors must meet the highest requirements in terms of security, smoke, fire, sound, burglary, climate and escape route protection, while also being aesthetically pleasing. At RWD Schlatter, we combine innovative technology with precise workmanship and high-quality design. Whether for homes, offices or public buildings: our doors offer tailor-made solutions for every requirement. You can rely on Swiss quality that perfectly combines functionality and aesthetics.
Soundproof doors
Soundproof doors are functional doors that reduce the transmission of sound between different rooms or from the outside into the building and have a sound-insulating effect. Due to denser construction, increasing population density and the growing importance of working from home, the requirements for structural sound insulation are constantly increasing. In many cases, legal requirements also demand tested sound insulation. RWD Schlatter has extensive expertise in the field of sound insulation. Thanks to the company's own sound test bench, door elements can be tested and optimized.
