The Limmattal Education Centre project involves the complete refurbishment of a listed school building. The architecture by Ernst Niklaus Fausch Partner creates a new, interdisciplinary learning environment featuring a roof terrace. From a technical perspective, the building is being modernised to improve its energy efficiency through the installation of a photovoltaic system, connection to the district heating network, and certification to the Minergie-ECO and SNBS standards.
