The Wengihof business premises are located in Zurich's most diverse district and have been given a contemporary and prestigious look with the new curtain wall. In addition to many trendy restaurants and multiple shopping opportunities, many different contractors are also based here. There are excellent connections to public transport and the highways.
The building complex was constructed in the years 1966/67. The two addresses Wengistrasse and Engelstrasse were planned as independent buildings, but with a similar structure and printing. Both buildings are designed as purely commercial buildings, which will be retained after the restoration.
