The Bahoge Housing Co-operative project in Zurich-Schwamendingen involves the comprehensive restoration of 153 co-operative flats dating from the 1960s. The architecture preserves the building’s architectural character through a clear colour scheme and rendered brick work, complemented by enlarged balconies. From a technical perspective, the focus is on curtain wall renewal and the renewal of the kitchen and bathroom pipework.
