Work on the restoration of the Klosterbrühl estate is in full swing. Next to the Altenburg Stadium, 127 flats in older buildings are being demolished across an area of around 23,000 square metres. A total of 222 communal flats, ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms, are being built to accommodate around 700 people.
