Interior view of the Eatrenalin restaurant in Europa-Park: light-coloured wooden seats and niches in the foreground, above them a decorative wooden ceiling grid; in the middle a reflective glass door/sliding glass door in a black frame, behind it translucent light panels and hanging pendant lights, on the left a coloured LED pattern.
Detail of an interior glass door with cylindrical brass handle and visible lock moulding, in the background blurred seating areas and wooden slatted ceiling.

Symmetrical interior of an experience café: long wooden communal counter in the centre, several round leather lounge chairs on the left and right, grid-like wooden structure on the walls and ceiling, warm orange-red mood lighting and decorative round sound disc at the end of the room; an emergency exit/portal visible at the side.

Soundproof doors
Customised, double-leaf soundproof door in a restaurant
This double-leaf soundproof door was customised for a restaurant in Europa-Park. It fulfils the highest requirements for sound insulation and design.

Soundproof doors are functional doors that reduce the transmission of sound between different rooms or from the outside into the building and have a sound-insulating effect. Due to denser construction, increasing population density and the growing importance of working from home, the requirements for structural sound insulation are constantly increasing. In many cases, legal requirements also demand tested sound insulation. RWD Schlatter has extensive expertise in the field of sound insulation. Thanks to the company's own sound test bench, door elements can be tested and optimized.
