The ‘Brisgi-Areal’ project in Baden comprises around 220 flats built using a sustainable hybrid construction method combining wood and concrete. The architecture by Müller Sigrist and Meier Leder features compact volumes with pergolas and green curtain walls. From a technical perspective, the development meets the SNBS Gold Standard, utilises photovoltaic panels on the roofs and provides a fossil-free energy supply.
