The AUWI new-build project at Auwiesenstrasse 27 in Zurich comprises 29 stylish rental flats with 1.5 to 3.5 rooms. The architecture is characterised by natural colours and well thought-out, compact floor plans that blend harmoniously into the green surroundings. The project is designed to be sustainable and fulfils the Minergie standard through the use of geothermal probe heat pumps and photovoltaics.
